Social Media and Content Creator Specialist

We are looking for a Social Media and Content Creator Specialist. If you are searching for a fast-paced, fast-growing, innovative, hands-on, premium brand to associate with, this is the place for you. We are the leading footwear company in the hunting industry and are continually increasing our brand awareness, through our social channels. We know to do this right we need to provide premium content to our audiences and continually grow the audiences.

You’ll have the opportunity to provide input in new designs, updates, or new product offerings for CRISPI® USA. This position is for here at our Lindon, Utah office. CRISPI® is growing rapidly and this position may give way to advancement and growth within the company. 

Expectations of Role Include:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience.
  • Experience in managing posts, responses, and creating marketing for all social media platforms, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and digital ads
  • Experience with platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere (or similar video editor)
  • Experience in shooting and editing video and photography preferred
  • Ability to multitask and complete projects accurately, and efficiently, and meeting deadlines
  • Experience with Asana, creating calendars, and managing tasks
  • Experience in the retail field preferred
  • Excellent content creation and writing skills
  • Hunting experience is desired
  • Love fast-paced environments and hard work

Other duties and stengths recommended for this position include:

  • A background in the outdoors/hunting industry, to be able to relate to our customer base
  • Proficiency with computers, with efficient and accurate typing
  • A clear voice and positive phone presence, as well as the ability to multitask, problem solve, and be detail-oriented
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and be willing to help in all aspects of day-to-day activity for the company
  • Participation in industry trade shows and other events as opportunities arise with limited travel
